I learned a lot from her about the practice of HR, especially in training and development and employee benefits. I have had the pleasure of working with Amanda for 4 years at Corix. Amanda was my go to person for any questions that I had during my onboarding and throughout our time together at Corix. Amanda had an open door policy and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Human Resources. She was very well liked and had time for everyone despite having a demanding job. Amanda knew how to handle the most sensitive cases with respect and integrity. She was able to bring a nice balance of hard work but also understood and embraced the concept of work life balance that we all stand to benefit from.
