For AmeriCorps, I oversaw all aspects of our grant, including member recruitment, supervision, placement, training and development, and general program analysis and improvement. For the All of Us Research Program, for which Sun River Health was one of only six federally qualified health centers selected for pilot participation, I oversaw all activities including developing protocol-compliant policies and procedures, hiring and fiscal decision making, and liaising with the National Institutes for Health and other partners.
