  Basic Skills and Student Outcomes Transformation Grant Manager: Provide oversight to the first of its kind cross functional project to improve student throughput in the English and math sequence to transfer level courses. Manage and facilitate the Butte College AB705 Hub, a cross functional team that provides direction and to the bill AB705, an assessment and placement system change to address equity and ensure academic persistence. Designed and initiated Embedded Retention Specialist model, a key Butte College student success effort to ensure persistence and completion of transfer level Math and English. A multi semester comparison study demonstrated the program had a 19% positive difference in student persistence in the college. Work in partnership with the Director of Research to bring student course data to faculty. Facilitate data dives to initiate change and drive system thinking. Provide oversight and coordination to the Math and English department professional development including trainings and communities of practice. Support the funding dissemination of set aside Student Services and Support funding (Triple SP) within AB705 Hub.
