    • Program Manager and Marketing Lead
      • May 2013 - Jul 2017

As Program Manager, my responsibility was to manage four Educational Testing and Assessment Systems (ETAS) programs, designed to provide exam preparatory materials for healthcare professionals. I facilitated communication between the marketing, production and tech teams to execute all program components including web based and printed resources. I created logistical plans for key program components such as Derm In-Review Study Guide roll-out to 1,550 dermatology residents across 145 residency programs. I collaborated with the Account Manager and other members of the sales team to ensure program marketing is consistent with client goals, and created client end of year program summaries. I headed up the Dermatology Advisory Board, consisting of dermatology residents and faculty, to inform product improvement. As Marketing Lead, I developed the marketing execution plan that served client goals, spread brand awareness and brought educational value to the target audience. I created original messaging for marketing pieces and facilitated internal team status meetings to deliver program analysis, usage metrics (website usage, email promo opens and click rates) from Google Analytics and the company Central Database. I developed event goals and marketing campaigns to represent four ETAS programs at industry trade shows and SanovaWorks flagship conferences: Orlando Dermatology and Aesthetic Conference (ODAC) and the Skin of Color Seminar Series (SOCSS). I also served as event staff at the SanovaWorks flagship industry conferences providing logistical and general event support for all conference happenings and client sponsored booth activities. As the Account Manager for the Next Steps in Derm program, I am the primary client contact responsible for all communication including leading client meetings, developing agendas and creating content for client presentations.

    • Perfect Health Program Facilitator/Patient Educator
      • Apr 2010 - Jul 2011

I was an integral member of a seven person team responsible for administering the center's Perfect Health program, a week long cleansing program. As a Chopra Certified Instructor, I conducted one-on-one follow up sessions with guests to review lecture material, answer questions and make suggestions. I also lead the center's 30 minute guided meditations. In the training arena (one of my favorites), I created a training manual for the department and oriented/trained new team members.
