I had some experience in Customer Care from retail jobs, but had never worked at a tech company or provided customer service via emails and chats. I had about a thousand questions for her during my first month or so, and she coached me in a way that I not only learned what I needed to, but that also helped grow my confidence in myself. There were dozens of new tools and programs I had to learn and she helped me to learn them all, including the little tips and tricks that make my job now so much easier. During our time together, there was also a major event that prompted an increase of tickets we received by nearly 50 fold, and she jumped right in, came up with a plan of attack, led our team, and executed it flawlessly.
