I was employed at Taylors Wines to cover an Area which had been vacated by a previous employer who had not serviced the territory completely. During my time, I further implemented the On Premise clientele building the brand on some of Perths greatest wine lists. I also took care of a regional area of the South-West. One of my greatest achievements during my time at Taylors was being nominated for "Rookie of the Year" with the Liquor Stores Association. This was an interesting position as this was something I actually saught out and achieved with my husband... Designing, Opening and Running a Restaurant, whilst on National Television tackling the Judges criticism facing elimiation each week. We won and further ran the restaurant beyond the TV. We decided to close our doors the following year after discovering we were unable to move the premises to suit more of a family clientele we had attracted rather than the night-crowded area of Northbridge.

    • Sales Representative - Fine Wine
      • 2000 - 2005

I started at Southcorp Wines as a Customer Service Representative supporting the Sales Representatives. Within 6 months, I achieved the role of Area Sales Rep within the Fine Wine team focussing on some of Perths finest restaurant in the CBD, West Perth, Fremantle areas (plus more) The Manager was kind enough to hold my position open whilst I participated in My Restaurant Rules.
