Amanda led several complex people change programmes of activity at John Lewis Partnership as part of the People Organisation Change Team. She is thorough in her planning and execution of change. Amanda understands and takes into account the impact of significant change on people, enabling readiness by communicating well. She works well with diverse stakeholders and is always able to reach solutions that enable progress towards the end goal. Prior to her time in People, I also worked with Amanda on a series of projects to create changes to our operating model for John Lewis retail. She led changes to ways of working that paved the way for an omnichannel business.

Amanda is able to deliver change exceptionally well owing to her tireless approach. She is able to make good judgements adapting plans when needed without compromising on outcomes. Stakeholder management is high on Amanda's skillset list and she often has a positive wider impact on the business than a project she is on initially sets out to achieve because she understands how the whole business connects.

I specialise in transformation programmes, organisational development, leadership development and executive coaching. I am results-orientated and work collaboratively with teams, as well as with individual leaders, to harness their potential and achieve desired outcomes. Most recently, I worked with senior leaders at John Lewis with a focus on delivering change programmes as well as supporting executives through personal challenges to increase confidence levels and self-belief. I like to build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders and thrive in environments where ambition, people, and change are at the heart of an organisation.
