  As Exhibitions Manager at Design Museum, I created, developed, and executed new systems and standards for the museum's distributed and traveling exhibitions. Through spearheading the curation, content development, and collaborations with advisory committees and partners, along with building relationships with artists and contributors, my work transformed the museum's exhibition development process, and focused on creating collaborative, equitable, and accessible exhibitions that truly represent and include diversity in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, ability, socioeconomic status, and beliefs. My role also encompassed managing exhibition and installation schedules, venue agreements, production budgets, and all installations for the museum's three major nationally-traveling exhibitions.   The experimental, pop-up style gallery features work from contemporary Italian artists, including its founder Katia Giuliani, spanning across media such as performance, installation, happenings, and public art. As personal assistant to Katia, my support in creating artwork, scouting public gallery locations, and installing small shows within residences, galleries, and restaurants helped elevate Micro's impact in reaching the public and highlighting local artists.
