Amanda was fundamental in the success of Garrington’s London restructure and without her we would never have succeeded as well and as quickly as we have. AC took team ideas and made them a reality with planning, structure and drive. Her wealth of experience and natural way with people allows Amanda to understand the right way to approach situations and get the right result the right way. Being able to work with people of all backgrounds and personalities is a skill that should never be underestimated and one that Amanda is a master of. Whether it was leading team meetings or working alone to get a project delivered on time Amanda exceled. I learnt so much from her in what seemed a very short period of time and owe a huge amount to this fantastic, trustworthy team player. I look forward to our paths continuing to cross and aspire to one day know as much and more importantly as many relevant people she does.
