Worked closely with outside agencies and contractors: Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Professional guardians, Nursing, PT, OT, speech therapist, dietician and family members. Completed monthly resident right meetings and recreational activity calendar. Managed and completed all state benefits of individuals to include: medicaid, Medicare, SSI and SSA. Managed individuals trust funds to ensure they had all the supplies needed and did not exceed $2,000. Managed programming and recreation budget with corporate card.
