Dedicated and efficient is what comes to my mind when I think about Amanda. She was the first person I hired when I was building the team at Subsea 7 in Egypt and she was tasked with initiating and overseeing all of the HR aspects of the business from scratch, both of which she had done extremely well in a very short time.
