  *Support the head coach in conducting the athletic program of that particular sport and total athletic program of the school district. *Remain loyal to the head coach and to the team. He/she may have to give up some of his /her own thoughts regarding team strategy, etc. to fit into the overall pattern as set forth by the head coach. *Attend all practices beginning the first day to the end of the season along with being available for all staff meetings and scouting assignments. *Assume the responsibility for maintenance of facilities and personnel in the absence of the head coach. *Report all injuries, misconduct, or other unusual situations to the head coach, athletic director, or principal. *Assist the head coach in checking in and inventorying all equipment at the end of the season. *Assume all duties as assigned by the head coach. This will be my first year coaching in the school system, but I am not a worker/teacher of the school system so I do it as a honorary coach who has the knowledge and skill level experience to bring to the student athletes while a veteran in the school system is Head Coach. I would love to someday work for the school system and become a Head Coach. Show less

I started out coaching for Atlanta Boom Volleyball Institute for 7 years. I enjoy giving back my knowledge and skill level experience to the student-athletes. I have won 3 Championships over my course of 8 years. My first year with Crush South was amazing and a wonderful experience, but this is Club Volleyball so the season isn't that long which is bittersweet. Show less
