Worked with a team of urban planners to conceptualize and design a variety of publications including the agency’s Commercial District Needs Assessment Workbook. I worked with the agency’s Deputy Commissioner to strategize and visually communicate the reorganization of the division’s four teams into cross-functional teams. I also taught an human-centered design workshop for the agency’s Neighborhood 360° fellows.

FEAST Miami is a series of vegan pop-up dinners hosted at art venues to financially support new and emerging creative projects. As Project Manager, I worked with a team to produce a pop-up dinner series to fund local artists’ community impact projects. I oversaw our request for proposals, maintained relationships with all participating artists, and, with community partners, executed each event. Together, we raised over $15,000 in micro-grants for nine different artist's projects.

O, Miami is a Knight Foundation-funded organization that expands and advances literary culture in Greater Miami, FL. The team's mission: to have everyone in Miami-Dade County encounter a poem during National Poetry Month. I collaborated with a team to conceptualize, design, and produce an annual poetry festival based on community-sourced projects and events. I designed various print and digital materials from installations to books to marketing decks. I developed the team’s measurement and evaluation summary for each festival as well as conceptualized, planned and executed a 75-person poetry dinner with Evan Hanczor of Egg Brooklyn.
