      In the role of Store Manager my main responsibility was customer satisfaction. It sounds cliche but at Certified Transmission we take the "Golden Rule" seriously. We treat others as we wish to be treated. I managed the sales, technicians, marketing, and profitability of the shop, as well as help assist all other locations when needed. But none of that matters as much as taking care of the customer. If you treat people right the rest falls right in line.
