If anything is beyond my knowledge, I work with our web developer to accomplish the task. - Liaise with our graphic designer and advertising partners. - Pack, ship, and invoice orders using USPS and Quickbooks. - Create content using photography and graphic design for social media posts as well as our emails and websites. - Assisted in networking our computers and act as basic tech support for all of my coworkers. If the computer issue is over my head I work with various off site tech support to resolve it. - Create emails using Infusionsoft including multiple weekly newsletters (Retail, Wholesale, and Margaret as an author). - Edit and post Margaret Ann’s Zoom classes on YouTube using iMovie. - Through the pandemic I started running a weekly Facebook live event on Tuesday nights.
