These accomplishments allow students to provide for their families and be contributing members to the community we live in. Understanding industry needs, providing programming efforts that meet workforce needs in Sampson and regionally is rewarding and both challenging. I look forward to the challenge of continuing to face North Carolina's workforce needs head-on.   As Director, I work to build community economic development opportunities within Sampson County. The Small Business Center strives to provide high quality and content driven business related seminars and one-on-one confidential counseling sessions for the citizens of Sampson County. I also serve on several local boards that are strategically building the economy in the local areas of Sampson County.
