  Responsible for reviewing, applying, and managing competitive and entitlement grants on behalf of Bradford County Government, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. Primarily responsible for the Bradford County and Sayre Borough Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant application (ESG). CDBG and ESG are a part of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In Bradford County CDBG funds infrastructure projects, historical restoration, housing rehabilitation, accessible projects. Prepare and coordinate public hearings, legal notices, requests for proposals (RFP), create yearly CDBG grant applications for both Bradford County and Sayre Borough, ensure compliance to CDBG National Objectives. Create budget for administration and projects, provide data, information, input to the Bradford County Board of Commissioners for the CDBG projects based on HUD guidelines. Prepare program invoices for reimbursement, create subrecipient agreements, and provide overall project management on behalf of the Bradford County Board of Commissioners. Another responsibility within the Grants office is to oversee the multi-faceted Bradford County Housing Rehabilitation and Emergency Housing Rehabilitation program which assist low income individuals with assistance to fix their houses to code standard or provide emergency repairs for a specific project within their home. Member of the Bradford County Emergency Operations Center as Logistics Chief and oversaw FEMA declared disaster in August of 2018. Member of the Bradford Sullivan County Addiction Network which is a two County government organization dedicated to assisting individuals and families members that encounter drug addiction.
