  While at IHOP, I started out as a server and worked my way up to an assistant manager. As an assistant I had all the responsibilities of the general manager minus overseeing the assistant managers. I ordered the food truck twice a week, and the produce truck once a week, generated a budget and forcast sales, created a schedule based on this data, maintained labor percentages, monitored staff safety, serve safe certified, IHOP managerial certified, held staff meetings for about thirty employees, posted invoices, prepared payroll, assesed and conrtibuted data for daily, weekly, and anual reports, customer satisfaction, problem solving and cummunication with general manager were daily activites as well.
