I am resposible for overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness of the camp grounds, event rooms, cabins, and outdoor restrooms; thus, ensuring cutomer satisfaction with KOA. I currently have three employees that I organize and lead for daily assignments. I order the supplies for my department while staying with in a given budget. I, also help tend bar when needed. I also communicate with different departments to insure needs are met in a timely manner. While at IHOP, I started out as a server and worked my way up to an assistant manager. As an assistant I had all the responsibilities of the general manager minus overseeing the assistant managers. I ordered the food truck twice a week, and the produce truck once a week, generated a budget and forcast sales, created a schedule based on this data, maintained labor percentages, monitored staff safety, serve safe certified, IHOP managerial certified, held staff meetings for about thirty employees, posted invoices, prepared payroll, assesed and conrtibuted data for daily, weekly, and anual reports, customer satisfaction, problem solving and cummunication with general manager were daily activites as well.
