- Provided leadership for marketing activations, such as viewing parties, ticketed experiences, and home openers. This has led to over 3000 + tickets being distributed to members since the return to play. - Worked collaboratively across MLSE LaunchPad, MLSE Foundation and MLSE teams where my organization operation expertise was an asset. - Led the member services communication strategy around program registration and facility updates, leading to a 27% open rate on email communications. - Supported in connecting the pathways between MLSE LaunchPad, MLSE Foundation and Community Sport through my work of managing MLSE LaunchPad member database and youth opportunities. - Supported the creation of a youth engagement strategy that focused on youth recruited into programs, increased memberships, retention of active members and building community connections. For example, 212 registered members from Fall came back for Winter 1. - Led the membership services department in all forms, onboarding, program registration and communication. Also, managed supporting resources, including policies & procedures, data management, and feedback collection and reporting. - Hired and coached part-time staff where I managed a staffing budget, HR administration, scheduled based on facility needs, completed performance reviews and check-ins, and projected managed tasks. - Chair of the Joint Healthy Safety Committee, where I worked on policies and procedures, managed the re-open project tracker and returned to play materials. Also played a key role in all COVID-19 response policies and procedures to keep the facility safe. - Developed and created a process to report on program registration, new memberships, and member experiences.
