Patient records from the different systems are linked together using Nextgate MatchMetrix which uses demographic data to identify record matches. There are seven provider organisations that would feed into CIDR. My role is to ensure that UCLH provides the relevant information to Camden CCG for CIDR.       CRES Simulation (Handed Over due to increased work load at Moorfields) – This is a new project that has been started to simulate business process for the IT Helpdesk and the Clinical Systems Team. Wireless Access Points for Phones Deployment (Completed) – This involved the upgrade of the Trusts WLAN network, deployment of over 100 new Access Points and then deployment of over 600 Cisco Wireless Phones around the Trust. This was a massive Business Change project as it involved a huge change in their current business processes and procedures.
