Worked to secure funding to hire a consultant, drafted the Scope of Work, and serve as co-facilitator of all Task Force meetings on behalf of the Commissioner. Coordinated the hire of a Chief Executive Officer for the California Conservation and Liquidation Office, a semi-public agency within the department, which included the creation and review of a new appointment process, review of an employment agreement, and acted as advisor to the appointee through the Senate Rules Committee confirmation process.
