In my current role I serve as a leader on our program team - ensuring we have the necessary resources and systems in place to operate at scale as an organization. - Lead the organization through a period of growth and scale - from supporting 15,000 teachers in 2012 to 32,000 in 2022. Galvanize staff around the changes required. - Revise the standard set of program implementation tasks – leading to 82% completion of critical tasks in the ’21-’22 school year.- Lead project teams across multiple areas of expertise. Formalize and strengthen project management methods to ensure that complex projects have clear and transparent timelines and deliverables. - Manage and coach members of the program development and support team. Set clear performance and developmental goals. - Build and sustain an organizational culture of learning and continuous improvement using annual and rapid improvement cycles. Launched the use of Mighty Networks - a social media platform designed to support staff and clients to share the novel learning and insights emerging from their day-to-day work.- Codevelop and lead the annual strategy for the internal learning that keeps our program delivery strong - including dedicated time for deepening our knowledge and skills as antiracist educators and coaches. In the ’21-’22 school year an average of 68% of participants across our external learning networks agreed or strongly agreed that our work helped improve learning outcomes for their students.- Develop a strategy for long term maintenance of key organizational resources, including an internal library of 40 professional development sessions and almost 100 folders of in-house resources. Tested google drive labels beta defining custom metadata taxonomies to improve organization and searchability.

Transformation Network Program Director

In this role I led the implementation and codification of a new program model meant to increase the sustainability and transparency of our school transformation approach. I managed a team of field staff implementing our new model. I led our staff internally in a process of reflecting on our learnings, capturing necessary adjustments, and strategizing around our updated approach to program implementation. This model was used as the foundational program model for the 13-million-dollar Bill and Melinda Gates Grant secured by Partners in 2019.

Worked side by side with teachers and leaders in Alum Rock, Franklin-McKinley, and San Francisco to build systems and structures that spark and sustain school transformation. Facilitated district wide networked learning opportunities related to leadership and instruction, coached leaders and teachers, led site based PD sessions, and facilitated teacher collaboration.
