I worked with Amanda for many years in her position as Global Product Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific. The main area I look after at Alpha is the calprotectin business which I have helped to grow significantly since I started. This has included launching new technologies, expanding the customer base and expanding the testing from the traditional laboratory to include point-of-care and even patient self testing. Achieving this has required market planning, strategy implementation, discussions with stakeholders and marketing content in the form of campaigns, literature and review articles as well as the usual product management and technical support functions
