An Environmental Planner with over 24 years’ experience in environmental planning and management for local, state and commonwealth governments and private industry. My experience includes a diverse range of State Significant Developments (SSD), regional and local Part 4 development applications, Part 5 activities and modification applications for the renewables sector (wind, solar, hydrogen, energy from waste), mining and quarrying, industrial facilities, site remediation, commercial/ retail, residential estates, ports, airports, infrastructure and waste management facilities. I have had a broad range of responsibilities in delivering these projects including landuse planning, constraints and opportunity analyses, navigation through local, state and commonwealth planning legislation, environmental impact assessment, planning and environmental due diligence assessments and environmental auditing. I have extensive skills and experience in project managing large, and complex projects. I also have substantial post approval experience in preparing environmental management plans, compliance auditing, environmental monitoring and regulatory / stakeholder engagement. I have substantial experience in undertaking independent development assessments / peer reviews of development assessments for consent authorities. I am a full member of the Planning Institute of Australia, Registered Planner and Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP).
