At Antony Hodari, I was responsible for managing the RTA Litigation team of up to 20 staff (Case Handlers, Senior Case Handlers, Portal Handlers and Litigation Support). My main roles and responsibilities included:-- Define department KPI's and policies to actively drive performance against team and business objectives.- Conducting Quality Audits and implementation of performance improvement plans where relevant.- Conducting individual 1-1 sessions on a monthly basis for all Fee earners, reviewing MI data.- Coaching and mentoring of staff with effective use of the GROW model and NPS feedback ensuring files are handled “right first time”.- Consistent review of caseloads to check and monitor limitation dates, closure requests and task lists.- Complaint and negligent management and handling.- Dealing with operational matters such as Return to Work Interviews, performance reviews, holiday requests, organising rotas and reviewing time keeping/recording.- Managing my own highly litigated caseload of both Fast Track and Multi Track files, hitting an annual fee income of approximately £650,000.00.- Actively involved in continuous improvement of the Proclaim Case Management system.
