The construction of pumping station with 10 pumps and auxiliary facilities. The pumping station will be located at the end of Mesaimeer Tunnel south of Hamad International Airport. The project also includes the construction of a 10-kilometer tunnel with a 3.7 meters diameter. The pumping station will operate at a capacity of 19.7 cubic meters per second, its function is to pump water from Mesaimeer TunnelResponsibilities:• Mobilization and Initial site arrangements. Setting up of temporary site offices and site facilities.• Utility diversion.• Jet grouting and dewatering well establishment.• Excavation and lining of shafts -38m below ground for TBM launch and logistics.• NATM tunnel for TBM launch• Excavation and lining for pumping station in 25 m radius and 38 m depth.• Seepage water management• Water proofing with Sika along the shotcrete wall.• Reinforcement for 2m raft slab and 2m wide walls.• Shuttering with Doka systems, large area form work Doka Top50, Load bearing platforms Doka D3, Dam Formwork D22, Climbing formwork Doka MF240.• Reinforcement and casting of 22m wall with Doka Top 50 and Doka D3 in 3 stages.• Reinforcement and casting of 36 m and 40m wall with Doka D22 and MF 240 systems respectively.• Precast beam and slabs logistics and placement.• Blockworks and plastering in accordance with QCS 2014• Backfilling• Wet and dry Utilities• Construction and Pavement and side walks• Construction of permanent Asphalt Road• Understanding the design and design reports and executing the excavation and structural works ensuring Quality and Safety.• Preparing working drawings.• Preparing Method statements• Preparing Field change reports.• Planning the works and executing in safe way meeting quality requirements.• Overseeing all General and structural works.• Training subordinates to get familiar with the design and drawings.
