  As a group leader, I was in charge of welcoming the customers and taking care of them during the activity. The groups I was in charge of could vary from 4 to 30 people and were composed of children or adults. After 1 year, I became manager.   During this internship, I have acquired new skills on a B2B and a B2C base.On the B2B side, my functions where : - Creation of different databases per sales category for the Newsletter ;- Creation of Newsletter (Mailchimp) ;- Assisting with the stock management.Regarding the B2C side, I had to :- Manage the social media ;- Create Newsletters for the B2C customer base ;- Improve the website (WooCommerce).
