  - Prepare and characterize a system of nanostructured lipid carriers (NLC) for the carrying of national active principles with application in hair structure; - Prepare a cosmetic formulation with fewer cycles, thus reducing the costs production. - Prepare nanoparticles with higher amount of liquid lipid not changing size, polydispersity, and zeta potential of them, enabling the characteristics of photoprotection and restructuring the hair fiber damage may be intensified; - To analyze the thermal characteristics of the nanoparticles, determining its melting point and its crystallization point, the technique of Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). - Develop a basic conditioner that does not modify the characteristics of nanostructured lipid carrier, for use in hair; - Study the parameters of frizz, hydration and alteration in the pattern of brightness and color of tresses treated with conditioner containing the NLCs, compared the hair treated only with the basic conditioner and untreated hair; - Analyze the tresses treated with conditioner with nanoparticles, with base conditioner and untreated tresses through the technique of Electron Microscopy (SEM); - Study the different preparations conditioners with and without nanoparticles relative to the nanoparticle solution containing 40% liquid lipid microscope Nanosight; - Use of computational tools for data analysis package such as Office and Origin 8.0; - Meeting with supervisor and co-advisor for data presentations and research progress; Show less
