  The Inaugural Creative Leadership Fellowship offered by Pacific Arts Movement offered me important foundations working in a creative non-profit organization including executive directorship, marketing and media strategy (specifically, navigating racialized capitalism), community engagement, film programming and distribution, and visioning. Fellows would meet with mentors for 6 hours every week for a month.
