As a crew member at Crumbl Cookies I had to learn to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. It was a very arduous job and I was able to pick things up very quickly and do them on my own. I balanced numerous activities of baking hundreds of cookies on time, dressing them correctly, eliminating waste and getting orders out on time to customers in the store and outside of the store all while maintaining great customer service. I was able to train and teach new employees that were hired eventually and help them improve their skills as well. I also serviced customers through a POS system/cash register and everything that it entails and was able to utilize the companies selling techniques to attract customers to make more purchases.

As a babysitter/nanny for this family that I knew, I supervised two young girls’ daily tasks weekly. I showed leadership in multiple areas such as helping them with their homework, picking them up from school, playing games with them and keeping them entertained throughout the day, and making them food throughout the day or sometimes taking them out for food. I also maintained a positive environment for them through constant teamwork and cooperation, always making sure they stayed safe, and by being someone they could have fun with.
