It is my duty to uphold the NCW policies and to ensure that any library user who comes in is treated with respect. Enforcing ALA standards and the standards in place by NCW I strive to ensure inclusion and diversity is represented by our library. I manage staff, set standards in place, and ensure that as a branch we accomplish set goals. It is also my responsibility to design and plan programming to meet community needs.
