• During my time at Komodo I gained many new skills and firsthand experience in the field of Influencer marketing and Advertising. As well as having experience in all thing’s talent management from outreach to agreement sheets I have also made valuable relationships with influencers and brands. • As a Talent Coordinator I have secured several deals for our Instagram talent including deals with Desenio, Bikbok, Ideal of Sweden and most recently Revolve. I have gained the skills to complete deals from start to finish and build relationships during the process of this. Using software such as Hubspot and Asana I have gained the valuable skills and experience of outreach, discussion of deals, negotiation of fees and completing agreement sheets up until sending over the final content for approval. • My key responsibilities at Komodo stretched across all elements of the company which gave me the knowledge and skills from a range of different departments. I have firsthand experience in Social Media management for several different clients including Island Poke, Grub Club and Moose Scooters. I have spent the past few months doing copywriting, community management and scheduling posts for all of the clients across their social pages. I have also done content creation including Tiktoks for both Island Poke and Moose Scooters. • I have worked across many exciting campaigns during my time at Komodo including activations with top clients including Michael Kors and So Fragrance. My responsibilities have varied from casting influencers to creating and writing up campaign reports as well as having knowledge of platforms such as Leaders to create reports. This has given me the skills and experience to be confident to complete important campaign reports following an activation. Show less

Graduated in July 2020 with a degree in Psychology and began working full time in a one-to-one capacity with a student who has complex learning and behavioural difficulties, due to her diagnosis with autism. Using behavioural strategies based on Skinner’s theories of positive reinforcement and prompting and fading I have helped and developed the students educational, behavioural, and social needs. Working closely with the Behavioural Analyst and the students’ parents I have worked on the strategies implemented by the Behavioural Analyst and have seen great success and progress in the students educational, behavioural, and social targets to support her in her final year and with the transition to the next school.
