As a founding professional in Ankura's Title IX and Civil Rights Investigations practice, I worked with leadership to develop and expand the practice. In this practice, we assisted clients in addressing matters of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and protected class discrimination. We conducted independent and fair investigations, provided tailored trainings and audits, reviewed and enhanced policies and procedures, and designed and implemented compliance programs. At Kroll, I leveraged public records, media sources, legal records, online information, and human intelligence in support of investigations for private sector clients, and coordinated and provided written and oral reports of investigations. As an Associate Director, I managed research teams in developing strategy for and execution of research, analysis, and reporting.I played a key role in the development of Kroll’s Title IX/sexual misconduct practice, in which we provided investigative services to schools examining claims of sexual misconduct, as well as support and consultation on related policies and procedures. While at Kroll, I also designed and implemented a training program for new analysts, including content and style education modules, practice due diligence work, and semi-structured mentoring. In 2016, I co-founded an internal Women's Network at Kroll, a resource group focused on connecting those who are interested in gender diversity across the company through discussion, guest speakers and skill training.
