In one year, all content areas adopted and aligned to external curriculum standards.• Restructured use of Atlas Rubicon and launched a public Atlas site for prospective families and school community.• Developed and implemented school-wide meeting structures based on Harvard’s Meeting-Wise and Data-Wise protocols to ensure meetings are efficient, data-driven and action-oriented. After each NWEA MAP testing cycle and IB-AP results cycle, grade-level and department teams set instructional goals and review instructional strategies, systematically tracking student performance and increasing student achievement growth. • Support the development of pupils through the PSHE programme as the teacher of PSHE to the Grade 6 cohort. • Coordinated successful ISI inspections and NEASC accreditation visits. Led the faculty through the year-long ACE Learning- ERV internal reflection process, writing the NEASC report and gathering evidence of impact. • Led the adoption of the Global Citizen Diploma programme, including launch to the school community, forming the student ambassador team, creating and implementing the student portfolio and tracking award progress systems. International School Awards shortlisted the initiative for an Ethical Values in Education award 2022. • Co-coordinated a review of Student Progress Conferences and co-led the restructuring process.
