Because most of us have learned about sex in less than desirable ways, the study of sexuality often brings up intense emotions, excitement, hopes and fears. I help women and femmes build the unshakeable confidence needed to step into their power. Together, we get clear on what they really want, need, and desire. I teach the tools necessary to help them love and accept themselves as they are in this moment, because they are enough right now as is. They learn how to affirm themselves, validate themselves, drop limiting beliefs like self-doubt, over come their fears and take action on their wildest dreams.
