I worked very closely with Alyssa at Adara and have seen her grow from being an Intern to managing HR Operations for Global teams, spread over 10 countries. Her learning curve and the scope of her role have increased exponentially in the last year, and she has done justice to it !! She has ramped up extremely fast to a Generalist level and can single-handedly manage a global organization with lean focus on HR Operations. She is constantly expanding her knowledge data base and taking on new challenges to prove herself. Her past experience in Behavioral therapy also adds another level of empathy to her new career choice as a People Partner. Her can-do attitude and optimistic nature bring great value to a team. Any HR Team would be lucky to have Alyssa on their team !!
