  Lansdale, PA I perform complex legal work which requires the utilization of many types of skills for processing a variety of different work. I am responsible for reviewing various documents such as legal files that contain medical records and other information needed for the attorneys to come up with a legal case. I am responsible for reviewing various documents such as legal files that contain medical records and other information needed for the attorneys to come up with a legal case. If a file needs more information, such as, medical records, obtaining diagnostic studies for a film review, and/or first party information, subsequent/prior loss records, etc., I will issue subpoenas through a records subpoena/ tracking site provided by our client and then monitor the file until completions. Once we receive such information, I organize the files and forward the information obtained to the attorneys. I also send the diagnostic studies to Radiologist to review and comment on the films and send that report to the attorneys as well. Show less
