I substitute as a teacher in the elementary schools for grades K-6. On occasion I substitute as a teacher aide. When I substitute as an aide I help students either one on one or in a small group to help better grasp the material being taught. I also have worked with students to meet IEP goals and keep track of data. I substitute in the library as a librarian and clerk while using the Opals system to perform tasks. I have also learned about how to use the SchoolTools program for grades. I substitute as a teacher in the elementary schools for grades K-6. On occasion I substitute as a teacher aide. My responsibilities included cashing out customers and providing excellent customer service. I help with store events such as Family Summer Camp and the Fishing Classic. At customer service my duties include selling licenses by following New York State licensing regulations, taking care of returns, and researching price matching opportunities from other stores. I have also trained new employees on how to work the registers. I prepare shipping for customers by using FedEx zones and shipping rates. I also enroll customers in the rewards program. I refer customers to the credit card desk to apply for a Bass Pro MasterCard and sell extended warranties on merchandise. I have been a representative for the store focus meeting. Show less
