I collaborated with internal teams to identify crucial topics and create a seamless and impactful experience for our attendees. We created engaging workshops and sessions to foster meaningful discussions and address specific challenges faced by our customers. Our seminar presented an ample networking opportunity for our customers to connect with peers and build a supportive community amongst not only themselves but, with our team. We actively gathered feedback to continuously improve future seminars and tailor them to our customer's expectations.
