I had the joy of working with Alyssa for many, many years at Vera. She started as a Medical Assistant, moved to our L&D team, and then moved to our People Ops team (including promotions on the People Ops team). Her last number of years I had the privilege of supporting her directly as a member of my People Strategy team, both under L&D and People Ops. Alyssa is many things... she is kind... she is compassionate... she is funny... she is driven... she can take a problem and solve it... she makes the most beautiful toolkits, job aids, and resources to support employees.
