  I was the main contact for all Tour and Travel Groups that came to us from Northern California all the way to Las Vegas, Nevada. I booked room blocks of 15 to 40 rooms, created the blocks in OPERA and also inputted Group Rooming Lists. In addition to this, I detailed all meals for the groups, created Banquet Executive Orders and organized and ran all Banquet Executive Order Meetings for the property. Upon each group's departure, I would go through all folios, charge if necessary, and bill all groups. I would also take all payments for these folios as well.
