Alyssa came to Baltimore Child Abuse Center early in her career and has used her experiences there to catapult her into a top-notch development professional. From the very beginning, Alyssa made it clear that she craves learning by soaking up new information and processing it in a very logical, thoughtful way. She continuously exceeds expectations and was instrumental in moving our small department forward.

I worked during the basketball season as an intern. Interns were in charge of tracking LED advertisements during the game and documenting them. In addition, we assisted with in-game promotions. Interns would help set-up and run these promotions during the game. Also, interns got the chance to meet clients and work along side them. I worked during the basketball season as an intern. As an intern, I had several responsibilities. All interns got the chance to help produce as well as co-host the morning show. Producing the morning show included coming up with material, organizing time slots and handling guests. Co-hosting was the fun part. Talking on the radio was an awesome experience. In addition, interns answered the phone during the show and ran the front desk. After the morning show was over, there would often be remote broadcasts. Remote broadcasts help promote the radio station and its sponsors. Interns were in charge of loading and setting up equipment for these broadcasts. Show less
