I've had the pleasure of knowing Ayssa over the last 4 years as a member of Brier Creek Country Club. She was a server during my weekly visits to Deke's Grill, and I was always impressed with her professionalism, dedication to customer service, and warm smile. The customers at the Grill ranged from CEOs to rambunctious kids, and she smoothly handled every situation with ease, even when things got a little chaotic. While I will miss seeing her, I know her talents will benefit another company just as well and I wish her the best of luck as she advances in her career.

Relias exists to improve the lives of the most vulnerable members of society and those that care for them. Relias provides online training and continuing education modules that healthcare and human services organizations use to train their staff. As the SME Recruiter/Coordinator, my job was to source, recruit, and manage hundreds of contracted Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with various backgrounds for a variety of healthcare and human services fields (from non-licensed staff to MDs/PhDs), based on specific requirements for thousands of e-learning projects. Below are some examples of the areas of expertise I was asked to source: • Nursing (Psychiatric Nursing, Emergency Department, Certified Diabetes Educators, Geriatric Nursing, Home Health, Hospice Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, etc.) • MDs (Emergency Department, Psychiatrists, Addiction Specialists) • Rehab Therapies (PT, OT, SLP) • Mental Health/Behavioral Health (Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, Substance Use Counselors, Peer Support Professionals, Grief Specialists, etc.) • IDD professionals (Autism Professionals, Direct Service Providers, IDD Nurses, Behavior Analysts, etc.) • Other various fields (On-boarding, Fire Safety, Food Safety, Disaster Management, ADLs, HR Management, PREA, Homelessness, Emergency Preparedness, Time Management, etc.) This position also required the handling of confidential information and paperwork (such as contracts, statements of work, invoices, and W9s), negotiating timeline and compensation, and ensuring the relationships between internal and external stakeholders went smoothly. This included maintaining a database of contractors, including availability status and any notes and information germane to contracting for future projects. Organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills were essential to success in this role. Show less
