Relias exists to improve the lives of the most vulnerable members of society and those that care for them. Relias provides online training and continuing education modules that healthcare and human services organizations use to train their staff. As the SME Recruiter/Coordinator, my job was to source, recruit, and manage hundreds of contracted Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with various backgrounds for a variety of healthcare and human services fields (from non-licensed staff to MDs/PhDs), based on specific requirements for thousands of e-learning projects.
