  As a busser I help the waitstaff by clearing tables, wiping and resetting them. I also have to make desserts, prepare salads and put together all take out orders. As a waitress I have to meet the needs of all the customers by using my patience and confidence to give them the best experience possible. As an expeditor I have to communicate with the cooks as well as the waitstaff in order to keep the flow of the restaurant up to speed by getting the food to the tables at a more efficient pace.
