Obtains & monitors present levels/baselines of assigned special needs scholars. Ensures that the necessary evaluation records, IEPs, & other team-developed records are maintained in the scholar’s permanent special education folder. Ensures that each scholar assigned to the Special Education Teacher has necessary IEPs, evaluation records, & other applicable special education records.
