      Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic is a five-doctor practice with approximately 40 employees.The position involved managing virtually every aspect of the veterinary hospital. This included human resources: hiring/firing of staff, conducting annual performance reviews, holding monthly departmental and executive staff meetings, making decisions regarding salaries/wages, securing and managing benefits for full time employees, handling interpersonal issues between employees, maintaining accurate employee files, and acting as a liaison between the staff and the doctors. As practice manager, I was also responsible for devising an overall marketing plan for the business, overseeing its implementation, and evaluating its effectiveness.
