Wow. Alysia Ekizian transformed what we thought we could do with community outreach for diabetes. Terrific combination of high energy and high smarts. So yes, she deeply understood our strategy, and she was a huge winner in getting those goals accomplished - doesn't give up. I would wholeheartedly recommend her for any position that develops organization goal-setting followed by implementation, no matter how challenging. The "no matter how challenging" is the key phrase - she chews up challenges.

Alysia is a tremendous leader with a growth mindset and team building expertise. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her as HB Plant high school PTSA president this past year and would not hesitate to recommend her for future job opportunities.

A Woman's Journey is an annual women's health symposium and fundraiser offered in three cities across Tampa Bay. The symposium empowers women to make effective health care decisions for themselves and those they love. As the Chair of the Tampa host committee I played a critical role in the success of the event by serving as community ambassador focusing on two key goals: Raise funds and leading the committee in support of the Maternal Fetal Care Program at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital through event sponsorships, ticket sales, and donations. As a result of my leadership, we maximized attendance at the Tampa 2019 and 2020 event at the Raymond James Stadium Club exceeding goals of $150,000 and $160,00, respectively. Show less
