I worked with Alyse at NZTE in San Francisco for over a year. She is smart, dedicated, and gets stuff done. She quickly applied what she knew from her prior industry experience to helping companies succeed in the USA. Alyse is very good at empathizing with, and understanding the needs, of clients and customers. She has built a very good network of people that she can bring to bare on new problems. I would recommend any company or investor, to work with Alyse on consulting and improving their business.

Nick Josefowitz

Alyse is one of the most effective people I've had the opportunity to work with. She managed my campaign for BART Board in 2014. Barely knowing the city, she was responsible for hiring over 100 paid volunteers who knocked on over 85'000 doors, distributed almost 50'000 sponges, and hand wrote over 17'000 postcards. She hired and managed a full time campaign team of five, and managed a budget of over $400'000. The campaign was recognized nationally in Campaigns & Elections in a feature article. Alyse is a real self-starter, an amazing recruiter, and excelled at leadership development. Above all, Alyse executes fiercely and just gets it done. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

We Talk Real talk is spreading empathy and connection through conversations and stories. I hate surface level conversation and lack of community I felt especially when moving back to Denver two years ago. So we are starting a movement called We Talk Real Talk. The idea is to unplug and talk about things that matter. If you feel the same, sign up at wetalkrealtalk.com to attend an authentic event. While filling various roles in different organizations, my career path has been intentional to gain the relevant skills to start a company that is economically and environmentally beneficial to our cities and communities. Since Denver recently passed Green Roof Ordinance 300, I knew this was an opportunity to move back to my hometown and ensure Denver is a leader in sustainability and green roofs. With my background in real estate, environment, politics, community organizing and consulting, my company Sow Green helps Denver developers navigate the new rules and install a green roof within their needs and budget. My passion and focus has always been in community, sustainability (economically, environmental and health focused) and building authentic, quality relationships to help others realize and understand their potential and opportunities. Please reach out to me at alyse@sowgreen.co if you are interested in discussing building a green roof, partnerships or Denver’s new green roof ordinance. Show less
