  In this role, I implemented and managed a Common Application Scholarship online system (Foundant GLM) and student support program. This program supported over 300 students in 2016 and continues to grow. In addition, I managed and assisted in facilitating the Kern College Access Leadership Team, a group of high level education stakeholders working collaboratively to improve the education system in Kern County.
