Paris, Île-de-France, France I was working on the environmental analysis and valorization of ecosystem services for public and private sector projects, while upgrading my data analysis skills and my French proficiency. This internship was the practical implementation of my theoretical knowledge in ecosystem services, combined with many parallels between Goodwill’s CSR practices and my expertise in public relations.

Paris, Île-de-France, France In my first position after graduating from the program Environment & Resource Management (MSc), I was working on an academic literature review for a policy analysis together with experts on biodiversity and TRAFFIC, an NGO specialized in wildlife trade. This internship strengthened my academic writing skills and was my first ever project for the public sector. Berlin Area, Germany This position quickly taught me how to manage projects and teams effectively, how to define and delegate complex tasks and master strict deadlines of multinational corporations with many international parties involved. My favorite project: The coordination of L’Oréal’s recycling website for cosmetic waste, that guides consumer waste towards the right garbage bin.

I was responsible for the digital representation of my clients and therefore mainly worked with various influencers and the digital departments of newspapers and magazines. It is worth noting that my full potential in public relations is not complete without the hosting of press events. Throughout the years, I entertained small to mid-sized events all around Germany. I made use of my diplomatic communication style to advocate interesting discussions about client centered topics (often times linked to societal and environmental subjects), intriguing members of the press to write in-depth stories on the products and services I was hired for. As a Consultant, I was promoted to Account Lead and supervised a small team for an important client of the agency. Further responsibilities included monthly performance analyses and creation of clipping reports for various clients of the agency. One of my favorite projects: The Etsy Press Dinner on Female Entrepreneurship, that invited Fempreneurs to shed light on their success stories on no other date than the International Women’s Day.

Undeniably, my interest in sustainability and the green transition increased strongly only shortly after this experience. While my passion for fashion might have shifted since then, I am not opposed to the industry, but rather see it as a crucial focal point to implement sustainable and circular rationales. Show less

Région de Berlin, Allemagne At the age of 19, I started my first permanent role as a Project Manager at Berlinpieces. I organized events with more than 5.000 attendees in cooperation with a public-private sponsor, hosted press events, worked on administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing) and managed my own clients. This position was interdisciplinary, dynamic and very demanding, and it undoubtedly shaped my pragmatic working style up to this day.
